As a Quantity Surveyors within Oil & Gas EPC project team, the role will be responsible for managing and controlling the costs and financial aspects of the Bul Haine project during engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction phases. This role ensures that the project is delivered within budget while maintaining quality and compliance with client and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs (QTO), bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
- Reconcile material take-offs with clients and contractors.
- Monitor design changes and site variations; manage change control processes and prepare change proposals for client approval.
- Verify and evaluate subcontractor and vendor claims, progress payments, and final accounts.
- Conduct site visits to measure work progress and validate quantity accuracy.
- Assist in procurement activities by providing accurate quantity and cost inputs.
- Maintain cost ledgers, budget control reports, and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, procurement, and finance teams.
- Support contract administration, including review of terms, conditions, and compliance issues.
- Prepare regular project cost reports and communicate financial status to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in oil and gas offshore or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, construction processes, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with offshore projects, fabrications yards, and international contract forms such as NEC, FIDIC, LOGIC, or BIMCO is an advantage.
- Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

As a Document Controllers within Oil & Gas EPC project team, the role will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure proper flow, version control, accessibility, and compliance with project, client, and regulatory requirements throughout the Bul Haine project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the document control system in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and project Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
- Receive, verify, register, classify, archive, and retrieve documents such as drawings, vendor documents, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Control issuance, distribution, and tracking of document revisions and updates, ensuring timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Support audits (internal, external, client, certification) by ensuring availability of accurate documentation and records.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client documentation.
- Train project staff on document control procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate document reviews and approval workflows using electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as Aconex or Procore.
- Monitor compliance with document control policies and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate effective collaboration by ensuring the right documents reach the right personnel at the right time.
- Manage physical and electronic filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Information Management, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience as a Document Controller in oil & gas, engineering, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Integrated Management Systems.
- Proficiency in electronic document management systems (EDMS) and document control software.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently and maintain strict confidentiality.

As a Planning Engineer within Oil & Gas EPC project team, the role will play a critical role in project scheduling, progress tracking, resource planning, and reporting to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This position is based in Singapore with close coordination with the project’s multidisciplinary teams in both Singapore and Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project schedules (Level 1–4) in line with EPC project requirements using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to incorporate all project deliverables, milestones, and resource plans into the master schedule.
- Monitor project progress, identify variances and critical paths, and recommend recovery plans where necessary.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and client presentations.
- Lead schedule review meetings and coordinate with discipline leads to address bottlenecks or schedule delays.
- Support risk management and change control processes, incorporating approved changes into the latest project schedules.
- Liaise with procurement and subcontractors to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with the overall project schedule.
- Assure compliance with project procedures for planning and reporting, and maintain auditable records for schedule changes and progress substantiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ project planning experience, preferably with large oil & gas EPC projects.
- Proficient in project planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of EPC project methodologies, resource planning, and progress measurement techniques.
- Experience in developing and maintaining detailed multi-discipline project schedules.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.
- Familiarity with risk management and contract administration processes is an asset.

As a Construction Engineer within Oil & Gas EPC project team, the role will support planning, coordination, and execution of construction and installation activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of offshore oil and gas facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction activities for offshore structures, modules, piping, mechanical, and E&I systems in line with project requirements.
- Develop, review, and implement construction work packs, lift plans, installation methods, and construction procedures.
- Interface effectively with design, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontracting teams to ensure project design intent and constructability are realized in the field.
- Supervise and monitor fabrication, assembly, and installation work at fabrication yards (Singapore) and/or offshore sites, resolving technical and site queries as needed.
- Track progress against schedules, flag issues and risks, and work with the team to develop recovery plans as necessary.
- Implement and promote strong HSE practices, supporting toolbox talks, site safety inspections, and risk assessments.
- Support commissioning, pre-commissioning, and start-up activities by collaborating with engineering and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports, inspection documentation, as-built markups, and handover packages
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Construction, or related Engineering discipline.
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in construction engineering, preferably with offshore oil & gas or EPC projects.
- Solid understanding of offshore fabrication, modular assembly, and installation processes.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, DNV) and construction industry best practices.
- Effective coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills in a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Proficient with project management/tracking software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality compliance.
